Examples are not too scarce when we speak on this topic; there are many who are suffering from excess weight and replacing their wardrobes every now and then just to look good, but nothing seems to hide those extra pounds from the public eye. The end result is another overhaul and thinning of the wallet and the process repeats at least once every month.

Now, psychologists are claiming that the temporary adrenaline rush (from buying something new) is something that gets the best part of a compulsive shopper over time; such instances have been noted that has drained many a people dry out of their enviable bank balances. Had they understood that fashion – in its truest sense – demands an attention to a beautiful health, things could have had perhaps changed for better. So, if a compulsive shopping syndrome borne out of disgust for your own appearance troubles you, consider spending a tenth of what you have so far in the mall; instead, try spending this amount on getting done your hair, your make-up and your skin. If you have tons to spend, you may also go for a nose job. But that comes later; for the time being, let’s concentrate on the easy procedures that shall make you look stylish and impart a few things in you to go with your choice of outfits.
